During this one-hour webinar\, North Dakota Department of Labor and Human Rights Director (NDDOL-HR) of Operations Jessica Juma will discuss North Dakota youth employment and child labor laws\, including the department’s requirements for filing an age & employment certificate\, prohibited duties per state law for 14 and 15-year-old employees\, exemptions from North Dakota’s child labor laws\, and more. \nJuma joined the NDDOL-HR in May 2019\, first serving as a compliance investigator before being promoted to the department’s Director of Operations.
