Members of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund have access to a library of educational resources on the LocalGovU platform. There are over 1,000 free professional development and training courses on topics including human resource management, customer service, road maintenance, general safety, cybersecurity, and more. Training credits or insurance discounts are available for successfully completing some of the course options.

The NDIRF proudly partners with Lexipol to offer members free courses through LocalGovU. This presentation covers leadership during turbulent times and how cultural drift, inconsistent supervision, tolerated behavior, weak accountability, and leaders who lack a practical playbook for high-risk moments can ultimately lead to the highest-cost losses.
