NDIRF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS NOTICE

The Members of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund (NDIRF) will hold their Annual Meeting of Members on May 7, 2026, at 9:30 am. The meeting will be held in person at the North Dakota Heritage Center, 612 E Boulevard Ave, Bismarck, ND 58505.

At the time this notice is being prepared, the NDIRF Board of Directors expects the agenda of its meeting to include the following topics:

1. 1. Action on Minutes of 2025 Annual Meeting of Members
   2. Opening remarks by NDIRF Board Chairperson Matt Gardner
   3. Review of 2025 Business by CEO Keith Pic
   4. Review of 2025 Financials by CFO Nora Frueh
   5. Presentation of 2025 NDIRF Financial Audit by Blake Ellefson, Eide Bailly, LLP
   6. Election of Members to the NDIRF Board of Directors
   7. Questions from the floor
   8. Adjournment of business meeting
