Administrative Services Manager

The North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund in Bismarck, ND, an EOE, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Services Manager. This position promotes employee wellbeing through the administration of human resource programs, including benefits and compensation, and supports critical office services that includes serving as recording secretary for the board of directors.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with major course work in human resource management, business administration, or a related field, and at least three years of related experience in human resource management. A designation of SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP is desirable. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and advanced skills in the use of computers and computer software, such as Excel and QuickBooks.
